Why is it better than a traditional mouse?
When working with a vertical mouse, the hand is placed in a comfortable position, natural for humans, such as the hand in a handshake. This eliminates the twisting of the forearm that occurs when using a traditional "horizontal" mouse.
When using a traditional ("horizontal") mouse, your fingers must be slightly raised almost all the time to avoid accidentally pressing the button.
